Programmes & Tools
Featured Work
Through our Catalysing Africa's AI Leadership programme, we set out to address the foundational gaps holding back Africa's AI readiness and leadership potential.
Rather than focusing narrowly on technology deployment, we took a systems-level approach — bringing together human capital development, governance and policy capacity, infrastructure readiness, and knowledge production, because none of these can be solved in isolation.
Five Strategic Pillars
Featured Output
An evidence base assessing AI talent readiness across all 54 African countries — led entirely by African expertise. Gives policymakers a clear, evidence-based picture of digital skills, infrastructure readiness, and government preparedness.

We use a co-design approach that puts African communities at the centre of building our solutions, ensuring their languages, indigenous knowledge, cultural practices, beliefs, and lived experiences are genuinely understood and reflected in what we build — not added on afterward.
By grounding our work in an Africa-led evidence base, we give our partners the strategic insight to navigate complex digital landscapes and act on innovation opportunities with real confidence.
